Postdoctoral researcher Eric Garcia has published a new book:
Sara Patricia Colín Soto & Eric García-López. 2012. Más allá de la Violencia. Retos hacia la reconstrucción. Editorial Universidad de Morelia
"A través de este libro, escrito por reconocidos expertos en el estudio del comportamiento humano, se abordan siete interesantes ejes de análisis y discusión sobre la violencia. Esta obra describe, analiza y propone alternativas posibles para resolver (y sobre todo prevenir) conflictos humanos en casos como el de la violencia en la infancia y el ámbito escolar, en la familia, contra las mujeres, violencia institucional, social y violencia en general atentando contra la justicia, el bien común, la seguridad jurídica y la paz social.
Además, el libro dirigido por la Mtra. Patricia Colín Soto y el Dr. Eric García-López, resalta investigaciones actuales sobre Psicología Jurídica, Justicia Restaurativa, Bullying; y plantea el necesario debate sobre la importancia de las Neurociencias para el Derecho y la procuración y administración de Justicia."
